1. Pipeline introduction shared by Carbon Steel Pipe Nipples Manufacturer.

(1) double-line main pipe and branch pipe: from the lubrication pump to the oil inlet of all distributors, the pressure is relatively high. Usually cold drawn seamless steel pipe, material for 10 or 15 steel. Never use badly corroded pipes;

(2) oil feeding pipe: from the distributor to the oil inlet (bearing seat oil hole) at all lubrication points, the pressure is relatively low. Usually drawn red copper pipe is used, which is convenient for piping when bent. Also has USES the cold draws the seamless steel tube or the stainless steel tube;

(3) rubber pipe connector is used when the movable part is connected.

2. Piping layout requirements

(1) the pipeline should try to avoid high temperature radiation and cooling water spray temperature is too high or too low, especially the rubber pipe joints;

(2) piping arrangement shall not affect the operation of the main engine and other equipment, and shall be safe and reliable, convenient for work, observation and maintenance;

(3) cloth tube to horizontal horizontal vertical, neat and beautiful. As far as possible little bend or small Angle bend tube, using the big arc, thus reducing the oil flow resistance;

(4) in case of contravention of installation, the small pipe shall be replaced by the large pipe and the low pressure pipe by the high pressure pipe;

(5) when the pipelines cross each other, they should be separated from each other at a certain distance;

(6) the joints of parallel pipes should be installed at different times to avoid affecting installation and disassembly;

(7) in order to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the pipeline, the union should be properly installed, but it should be used less to reduce the possibility of leakage.

3. Determine the length of the pipe

(1) determine the length of the pipe on site according to the fixed piping path determined in article 8.2, and pay attention to the influence of the radius of bending Carbon Steel Pipe running nipple;

(2) the impact of different types of pipe joints connected to the pipeline shall be taken into account;

(3) the length of the pipe shall be determined, cut off and pre-assembled step by step, so as to facilitate the adjustment on site according to the actual situation. If all the pipes are cut off at once, it will be difficult for pipe allocation when accumulated errors occur;

(4) the cut short pipe should be used in every place where the short pipe is needed. If necessary, the straight pipe connector can be used to connect the long pipe, but the joint on the pipe section should be less than more.

4. Pipe cutting

(1) cut the pipe with saw or special pipe cutting machine and other tools. ****** * is not allowed to cut the pipe with dissolution (such as flame cutting) or grinding wheel;

(2) the incision shall be flat, the plane of section shall not be more than 1 mm, and the perpendicularity with the pipe axis shall not be more than 1 degree;

(3) remove chips and burrs with file and scraper;

(4) use clean compressed air or other methods to remove debris and floating rust inside the pipe;

Pipe bent

(1) use a pipe bender for cold bending, not hot bending (square joints can be used for large-diameter pipes), and the bending radius should be more than 4 times the pipe diameter;

(2) the ellipticity (variation of length and length diameter) at the bending point is less than 10% of the pipe diameter, and no creasing can occur;

(3) if there is a joint at the pipe end at the bend, a straight pipe at the pipe end shall be connected with the joint to avoid affecting installation;

6. Pipe and joint welding

(1) tungsten argon arc welding or argon arc welding backfilling welding. When the pressure exceeds 21mpa, argon gas (5l/min) should be passed through the tube at the same time.

(2) when the pipe wall thickness is >2mm, the outer circle shall cut the groove of 35° and leave a gap of 3mm at the interface; When tube wall thickness ≤2mm, no groove shall be cut and 2mm clearance shall be left at the opposite end;

(3) the pipe axes must be coincident when the pipe is paired, with the wrong side quantity less than 15% of the wall thickness and the slope less than 1:200;

7. Installation of pipe clamp

(1) the gasket plate of the pipe clamp is generally welded to the structural parts directly or through bracket like Angle steel, and the bracket is fixed with expansion bolts on the concrete floor surface or wall side;

(2) pay attention to leveling when the pipe clamp is installed, that is, the installation surface is on the same height;

(3) pipe clamp spacing: pipe diameter ≤ 10 hours, about 0.5 ~ 1 meter; Pipe diameter 10 ~ 25 hour about 1 ~ 1.5 meters; Pipe diameter with 25 ~ 50 when about 1.5 ~ 2 meters, but in the right corner, both sides should use a pipe clip.

8. Pre-installed

(1) connect pipe joints with equipment, pipes and joints step by step until all pre-installation is completed;

(2) see chapter 4 for installation methods of pipe joints;

(3) at the same time, weld the pipe clip gasket to the structural parts or supports, and shall not weld the pipe to the pipe clip or supports;

(4) after pre-installation and qualified inspection, print the matching mark on the pipeline, one piece by one number, and list it into a table for later use. After the pipeline is removed and cleaned, it shall be restored according to the number.

9. Notes

(1) before installation, all steel pipes can be pickled according to the requirements of chapter 9. In particular, steel pipes connected with bayonet tube joints should be pickled first, and then the bayonet tube should be tightened at the pipe end in advance;

(2) all pipe joints should be cleaned with kerosene before installation, and the o-ring inside should be taken out for safekeeping temporarily, and then put on when it is officially installed;

(3) the oil port, pipe joint, pipe end and other openings of the pump, distributor and other equipment shall be kept clean during the construction, and foreign bodies such as water and dust shall not be allowed to enter;

(4) pipelines shall be laid in a free state. After welding, excessive radial force shall not be applied to the pipelines to force them to be fixed and connected;

(5) the oil hole of the bearing seat shall be checked in advance, whether the internal oil path is smooth, and whether the thread of the oil port matches the joint.
