Stainless steel flange installation knowledge

Installation of stainless steel flange:
Ensure that the flange installed does not leak oil, installation requirements and attention should be paid to the following:
(1) the stainless steel flange shall have sufficient strength and shall not be deformed when tightened. Flange sealing surface should be smooth and clean, installation should be carefully cleaned oil and rust spots.
(2) sealing gasket should have good oil resistance and anti-aging performance, as well as relatively good elasticity and mechanical strength. Installation should be based on the shape of the joint with different sections and sizes of the sealing pad, and placed correctly.
(3) stainless steel flange fastening force should be uniform, rubber pad compression should be controlled at 1/3 left.
Stainless steel flange in the actual use in accordance with the normal way and principle of use, to ensure the quality and value in use, use and installation in accordance with the normal standard. There are no quality and performance issues. Stainless steel flange is not a simple mechanical parts in the general sense, but a mechanical product carrier containing rich technical connotation.
